In recent years, we have run a restaurant in the heart of the restaurant-packed main street, we have learned what it means to be part of Borgholm's food culture and are now striving for new culinary challenges. We call our project BIRK, the name comes from Öland and means birch.
The birch is a consistent theme that will be identifiable in both scent and taste over our custom-built grill "Birger"
